Ann-Terese is a nature girl at heart.  A seeker and keeper of truths.  She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California.  She maintains a lifelong commitment to the field of Psychology & Human Development, Child Development, and Counseling.

 

She is a certified Yoga 200 and SUP Yoga instructor, and a dedicated yoga student.
