Ann-Terese has a comprehensive career in Psychology & Human Development and Counseling. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California.

 

Additionally, she is certified in Yoga 200 and SUP Yoga and has maintained a personal yoga practice for the past fifteen years.
